Marketplace Expansion Manager

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for category performance, encompassing revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.

• Enhance product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Discover and validate opportunities for new products and market expansion.

• Oversee the lifecycle of current products to maintain their relevance and profitability.

• Strategically plan inventory and demand to support growth while managing costs and risks.

• Work collaboratively across teams including Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design.

• Master and apply Hadley Designs’ category playbook with precision and consistency.

• Execute performance enhancements within current strategies.

• Propose insightful, data-driven ideas to enhance or broaden the category.

• Take ownership of outcomes, elevate performance standards, and achieve measurable results.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces.

• Demonstrated capability to scale revenue and profitability, whether as a brand owner or as part of a growth team.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or the aptitude to quickly learn platform-specific tools.

• Comfortable adhering to established systems before advocating for changes.

• Driven by clear objectives, performance metrics, and achieving success as part of a high-performing team.

• Collaborative, responsible, and focused on continuous improvement.
