Marketplace & E-Commerce Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold product listings on the OTTO marketplace.

• Collaborate with marketplace integrators, specifically Tradebyte, to manage and transfer product data and content.

• Upload, maintain, and refresh product details, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, and other pertinent content.

• Track product data and marketplace feeds to pinpoint and rectify errors.

• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accurate and comprehensive product information.

• Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational challenges.

• Resolve issues related to product listings, content, and integration.

• Ensure that products and content meet marketplace standards.

• Assist with the daily operations of OTTO and other online marketplaces as needed.

• Keep product and marketplace data accurate.

• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders concerning marketplace-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous professional experience in online marketplaces is essential.

• Practical experience with marketplace integrators is required.

• Experience with Tradebyte is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with OTTO marketplace operations is highly favored.

• Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketplace procedures.

• Experience handling product data, content, listings, feeds, or marketplace integrations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to identify data/content discrepancies.

• Proficient English communication skills are crucial.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
