This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.
• Take full ownership of the product domain, encompassing strategy execution, design of the operating model, and continuous optimization.
• Establish and uphold accountability for product performance, user adoption, and outcomes.
• Act as the business owner for product capabilities and related platforms.
• Develop the product roadmap, set priorities, and define success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Drive the evolution of platforms and capabilities, ensuring they are scalable, integrated, and sustainable.
• Ensure that product capabilities are consistent with enterprise architecture, data, and governance standards.
• Manage backlog prioritization, intake processes, and execution of delivery throughout the product domain.
• Guarantee timely delivery of product capabilities that meet requirements and can scale effectively.
• Eliminate obstacles and foster alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Set up KPIs, monitoring systems, and reporting for product performance and adoption.
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies while leading efforts to remediate them.
• Ensure that documentation, operational procedures, and process standardization are maintained across the domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, Privacy, Legal, Security, Analytics, and Marketing.
• Influence enterprise decision-making by clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
• Represent the product domain in governance forums, strategic initiatives, and technology discussions.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and/or Product Strategists, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
• Participate in or lead committee work.
• Mentor team members to cultivate deep expertise in product, platform, and operational matters.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, consumer data, or related areas.
• Proven experience in owning and leading product domains, platforms, or capabilities (not in advisory roles).
• Experience in establishing operating models and driving outcomes at an enterprise scale.
• Experience in leading significant product domains.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, CDP, CMP, personalization, etc.).
• Ability to convert business strategy into scalable product capabilities and operating models.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong executive-level communication and influencing skills.
• High ownership mindset with a focus on accountability for outcomes.
• Relevant platform or domain certifications are preferred (e.g., Salesforce, marketing technology, data platforms, privacy, etc.).
• Advanced platform certifications are highly preferred (e.g., Salesforce, CDP, CMP, privacy, data governance).
• In-depth familiarity with CRM governance frameworks, messaging standards, and enterprise communication controls.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and enforce governance models for campaign execution, messaging, and channel usage.
• Strong understanding of the messaging lifecycle, including content structure, approval workflows, and compliance considerations.
• Proven success in facilitating consistent, scalable messaging practices across various teams, channels, and business lines.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, compliance, legal, and technology teams to implement governance and messaging standards.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
