This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide targeted marketing support and hands-on assistance to an assigned portfolio of LOVB clubs.
β’ Collaborate with Club Directors and Regional Club Leaders to pinpoint the most critical marketing needs.
β’ Transform needs such as tryouts, registration, camps, clinics, programs, and local events into actionable marketing strategies.
β’ Offer direct support for selected initiatives, which includes refining communications, identifying marketing channels, coordinating campaign requirements, and reviewing materials.
β’ Connect clubs with LOVB marketing tools and resources, including templates, toolkits, Sprocket functionalities, landing pages, email resources, paid media programs, and central campaign assets.
β’ Follow up on agreed priority actions and escalate needs that require additional capacity or specialized expertise.
β’ Share recurring marketing needs, feedback, successful strategies, and opportunities with Youth Marketing and Club Operations.
β’ Engage in relevant pod or Marketing Success Manager team meetings.
β’ Communicate any capacity constraints, blockers, and emerging priorities.
β’ Strong foundational knowledge of marketing with the ability to convert business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives.
β’ Capability to prioritize competing demands and allocate limited time to the highest-impact opportunities.
β’ Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong project management and organizational abilities with consistent follow-through.
β’ Capacity to evaluate when hands-on support is necessary, when a club can operate independently, and when a need should be escalated.
β’ Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Proficient understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, local marketing, campaign planning, and marketing communications.
β’ Ability to learn and instruct others in utilizing LOVB marketing platforms, tools, templates, and resources.
β’ Competence to work effectively within a limited weekly hour framework.
β’ Prior professional experience in marketing, local marketing, account management, client services, club marketing, or a related field is required.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
β’ Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, accounts, locations, or projects independently is strongly preferred.
β’ Background in supporting local organizations within a centralized or distributed marketing model is preferred.
β’ Experience in youth sports, club sports, volleyball, or community-based marketing is an advantage.
β’ Ability to operate a computer and utilize a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools.
β’ Skill in communicating clearly via video, phone, and written channels.
β’ Availability to work approximately 10 hours per week.
β’ Occasional travel may be necessary for site visits and events.
β’ Remote work arrangement.
β’ Part-time schedule of approximately 10 hours per week.
β’ Occasional travel for site visits and business-related events.
