This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Implement and oversee tracking systems for marketing initiatives, including UTM parameters and lead source attribution within HubSpot.
• Spearhead the design and execution of intricate marketing automation workflows.
• Construct and manage dashboards that encompass SEO performance, website analytics, lead generation metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports on essential marketing metrics and offer data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Align the Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams with marketing operations priorities and organizational goals.
• Direct the technical implementation of marketing projects.
• Create and maintain documentation for marketing operations procedures and best practices.
• Educate team members on marketing technology tools and best practices.
• Establish and apply data governance frameworks.
• Develop and manage data segmentation strategies for targeted marketing efforts.
• Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other pertinent data privacy regulations.
• Conduct audits of marketing systems and processes to uphold data integrity and security.
• Supervise lead management processes and automation rules as the designated subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with the Systems and Tooling team to enhance the tech stack.
• Assess and recommend new marketing technologies.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, marketing strategic planning, or a comparable role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.
• Advanced skills in marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign attribution.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
• Practical systems ownership with the capability to function as an individual contributor.
• Nice to have: experience with business intelligence tools such as Heap Analytics and Looker.
• Nice to have: project management expertise.
• Nice to have: experience in API integrations and webhook management.
