This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Convert leadership priorities into cohesive operating plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage intricate, multi-workstream initiatives from the planning stage to execution.
• Create scopes, timelines, resource models, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure cohesive alignment between strategy, execution, and delivery within marketing initiatives.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation.
• Oversee performance tracking across initiatives, including OKRs, KPIs, and marketing success metrics.
• Identify systemic gaps or inefficiencies and advocate for process enhancements.
• Lead the adoption and responsible integration of AI in strategy, operations, and decision-making.
• Recognize high-impact AI use cases and integrate AI-derived insights into fundamental workflows.
• Drive quantifiable improvements through AI-driven solutions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to Associate Managers and project contributors.
• Set clear expectations and guarantee consistent, high-quality execution.
• Serve as a senior operational partner on complex or high-visibility client projects.
• Support business development by shaping operational strategies for pitches and proposals.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational readiness for client growth and new engagements.
• 4-8 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or strategy within a consulting, agency, or technology setting.
• Must possess fluency in AI, demonstrating success in integrating AI-driven insights into workflows and achieving measurable improvements.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in supporting client deliveries and business development through scoping, planning, or proposal development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and structure.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing conflicting priorities.
• Analytical and systems-oriented, with a proactive stance on process enhancement.
• Proficient in creating tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Comfortable working independently while closely collaborating with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.
