Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Identify growth opportunities by evaluating industry trends, customer journeys, and competitive positioning.

• Formulate data-driven strategies that connect marketing, sales, and product initiatives to business objectives.

• Create operational roadmaps encompassing SEO, content, email, and various other channels to achieve measurable ROI.

• Provide guidance to leadership regarding long-term brand positioning and alignment with business models.

• Incorporate AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making, campaign effectiveness, and strategic foresight.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to implement strategic roadmaps.

• Continuously refine strategies based on results and client business outcomes.

• Work directly with client leadership to gain insights into market positioning, growth challenges, and organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing leadership roles.

• Strong grasp of business fundamentals, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and competitive advantage.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and facilitating decision-making processes.

• Proficient in converting complex data and concepts into clear, actionable plans.

• Experienced with Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHREFS, and AI-driven analytics platforms.

• Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results.

• Proficient in reading and speaking English.

• Capable of attending and participating in weekly virtual meetings.

• Ability to type and read effectively.

• Familiar with Google Suite products, Teamwork, Zoom, and capable of using the internet for 8 hours daily.

• A dedicated workspace is required.
