Junior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Launch Mammutmarsch in the UK.

• Establish local marketing strategies, a roadmap, and initial initiatives.

• Plan, create, and publish social media content tailored for the UK audience.

• Oversee the content calendar and posting schedule.

• Cultivate the community, encourage dialogue, and engage with comments and messages.

• Implement community guidelines and enhance organic reach.

• Manage and optimize social media and influencer campaigns from an operational standpoint.

• Create short clips, user-generated content, snippets, visuals, and copy for the UK market.

• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and extract insights.

• Identify relevant partners and networks and initiate selected collaborations.

• Work collaboratively with the core marketing team.

• Preliminary professional experience in marketing (e.g., social media, influencer marketing, public relations, campaigns, or community management).

• Highly independent, solutions-oriented work ethic and a passion for establishing new frameworks.

• Creativity and the willingness to experiment with innovative approaches.

• Strong understanding of the UK market, including its culture, trends, media, and platforms.

• Excellent command of language and tone.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Openness to travel for occasional activities in the UK.

• Passion for the mission and events.

• CV/portfolio and 2–3 brief work samples to be included with the application.
