Marketing Specialist, Romania, Bulgaria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing in Romania along with the regional marketing team on all marketing initiatives throughout the country.

• Coordinate and execute the global brand strategy at a national level across Trade Marketing, Digital, and PR.

• Create presentations and marketing materials for the regional sales team.

• Assist in marketing efforts for regional clientele.

• Implement the global POS excellence strategy and follow e-retail guidelines in both online and offline settings.

• Aid in the conceptualization and execution of the Shop in Shops project with the Global Trade team.

• Analyze market trends, customer journeys, and consumer behavior in both online and offline environments.

• Carry out global strategies and coordinate local product launches.

• Edit online textual and visual content, ensuring consistent brand messaging in marketing campaigns.

• Oversee local PR agencies, including strategy formulation, KPI setting, and results monitoring.

• Organize local B2C fairs and events in collaboration with retail partners.

• Ensure that relevant content is accessible, distributed, optimized, and visible across appropriate online channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related business field.

• Relevant experience in marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Trade Marketing, Brand Communication, and PR.

• A solid focus on Trade Marketing, Online Marketing, and influencer marketing.

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, and Google Analytics is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and Romanian is required.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
