This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, services, and solutions within the Fashion, Home + Interiors sectors.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives that support Pantone's primary portfolio, enhancing awareness, adoption, and growth of new offerings.
• Create customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Introduce trend insights, publications, educational content, and consulting services through the Pantone Color Institute™.
• Convert customer requirements, market trends, cultural shifts, competitive dynamics, and industry workflows into marketing strategies and growth prospects.
• Partner with Creative, Sales, e-commerce, Product, and regional teams to execute integrated campaigns, customer communications, sales enablement, and market-specific initiatives.
• Discover opportunities to enhance engagement with key customer segments, industry communities, and partners.
• Represent Pantone at industry events, customer engagements, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Establish and track marketing and portfolio KPIs, utilizing insights to boost marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion merchandising, design, interior design, textile design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience in fashion, textiles, or related design sectors.
• Proven experience in developing integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and demand-generation campaigns.
• Background in collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Creative, e-commerce, regional teams, and external partners.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, email, analytics, social media, or performance-measurement tools.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple campaigns and projects concurrently.
• Strong comprehension of the fashion, home furnishings, interiors, textile, materials, design, or product-development ecosystem.
• Insight into how color, trends, materials, technology, and cultural factors influence product development, design choices, sourcing, and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to review creative work and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Strategic thinking paired with practical execution skills.
• A creative mindset balanced with a commercial, data-driven growth perspective.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• An inquisitive nature regarding emerging trends, technologies, digital workflows, AI-driven design, and product development tools, along with evolving customer needs.
