This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Perform continuous analysis of the competitive landscape, focusing on pricing, promotions, product variety, and marketing strategies.
• Create and uphold weekly/monthly reports on competitors with actionable insights.
• Convert competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations for promotions and campaigns.
• Assess the effectiveness of promotions, including lift, ROI, customer engagement, and metrics that drive traffic.
• Assist in post-campaign reporting and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Maintain frameworks and dashboards for tracking key initiatives.
• Share insights with marketing, retail, and leadership stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for selected third-party brand partners on a daily basis.
• Oversee joint marketing efforts, product launches, brand activations, and promotional support.
• Monitor and report on brand partner performance, promotional engagement, and ROI.
• Track customer sentiment through surveys, reviews, and feedback channels.
• Analyze trends in customer feedback and identify enhancements for marketing and in-store experiences.
• Assist in customer insight reporting and elevate findings that influence promotions, products, or messaging.
• Support the execution of promotional calendars and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Creative, Brand, and Operations teams.
• Organize campaign materials, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate marketing activations, events, and pivotal business moments.
• Keep documentation of reports, insights, and campaign outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Represent the Trulieve brand in a professional and positive manner.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a related area.
• A strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and succinctly.
• Capability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Must successfully pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 25 lbs. over specified distances and heights.
• Capacity to work seated or standing for extended periods and perform actions such as climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand movements.
• Visual acuity adequate for computer work and visual inspections.
• Ability to communicate verbally at conversational levels.
