This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design and launch new website pages and sections.
• Redesign and enhance existing pages to elevate user experience and conversion rates.
• Oversee continuous website maintenance and updates within the CMS.
• Ensure that website content is accurate, up-to-date, consistent, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Enhance website usability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Optimize the structure, content, and functionality of the website.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website development initiatives.
• Optimize website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Create content aimed at boosting organic visibility and discoverability.
• Assist in maintaining technical SEO standards and overall website health.
• Track performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
• Manage and oversee marketing activities within HubSpot.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign automation, workflows, and audience segmentation efforts.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and optimize marketing databases.
• Develop, build, and publish digital campaigns across relevant channels.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn.
• Generate engaging content that aligns with campaign goals and target audiences.
• Create and modify content and visual assets.
• Edit and produce short-form video content.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all content.
• Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong practical experience in digital marketing and website optimization.
• Essential hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Proficient working knowledge of WordPress or a comparable CMS platform.
• Experience in managing, updating, and developing website content within a CMS.
• Understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO principles.
• Experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on LinkedIn.
• Proficient in marketing automation and campaign reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including basic design and artwork skills.
• Experience with video editing and the creation of digital content.
• Understanding of website user journeys and conversion optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a remote setting.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is located, without the need for employer sponsorship.
