Marketing Services Coordinator – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with various marketing projects on an as-needed basis utilizing Adobe InDesign.

• Execute edits and updates on websites using the CMS.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews for websites, direct mail pieces, and email campaign outputs.

• Detect and report errors or inconsistencies prior to client delivery.

• Aid in the management and oversight of client Google Analytics accounts.

• Keep records updated in Salesforce and/or HIVE.

• Provide operational assistance to client-facing teams in design, digital, and analytics areas.

• Act as backup design support when necessary.

• Handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project and traffic coordination.

• Capability to manage various client requests, deadlines, and internal approvals.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail for quality assurance tasks.

• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Skill in editing, resizing assets, and creating simple layouts.

• Ability to thrive in an agency environment with rapid turnarounds and changing priorities.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms.

• Experience with Google Analytics is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or HIVE is an advantage.

• A dedicated home office or workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to talk, hear, use hands/fingers, and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift/move up to 15 pounds.
