This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively evaluate user behavior and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Suggest data-driven and data-inspired marketing campaigns while ensuring thorough measurement.
• Convert technical data science insights into actionable business solutions.
• Present analytical findings and data science results to business audiences.
• Design, test, refine, and assess user lifecycle flows, which include onboarding, retention, and dormancy/win-back campaigns.
• Identify, define, and structure data streams for scalable CRM and AI-enhanced marketing science.
• Manage attribution and measurement for acquisition and performance marketing.
• Optimize CAC/LTV dynamics through data analysis.
• Create and implement marketing models, such as response models, user clustering, persona segmentation, and churn prediction.
• Utilize model outputs to develop sophisticated experiments.
• Assist in defining team KPIs and comprehensive marketing campaign measurement.
• Employ marketing technology platforms, including Appsflyer, Braze, and internal CRM systems.
• Candidates must be located in the United States.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Marketing Science or Marketing Analytics role.
• A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, etc.).
• Highly skilled in SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Practical experience in model-building.
• Extensive experience leveraging model outputs to facilitate ongoing A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign iterations.
• Very comfortable working with marketing technology platforms, including Braze, Appsflyer, and modern CRM architectures.
• Proven track record of establishing high-level KPIs and assessing overall marketing efforts against core business growth.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored for business stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Expertise in Braze or other CRM systems.
