Marketing Science Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Proactively assess user behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Suggest data-driven campaigns and ensure thorough measurement.

• Convert technical data science insights into practical business solutions.

• Present analytical and data science results to business stakeholders.

• Design, test, refine, and evaluate user lifecycle flows, covering onboarding, retention, dormancy, and win-back initiatives.

• Identify, define, and design data streams for scalable CRM and AI-enhanced marketing science.

• Manage attribution and measurement processes for acquisition and performance marketing.

• Optimize CAC/LTV dynamics.

• Create and implement marketing models, including response models, user clustering, persona segmentation, and churn prediction.

• Utilize model outputs to craft advanced experiments.

• Assist in establishing team KPIs and comprehensive marketing campaign evaluations.

• Work with marketing technology platforms such as Appsflyer, Braze, and internal CRM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Marketing Science/Marketing Analytics capacity.

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, etc.).

• Highly skilled in SQL and Python.

• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts.

• Practical experience in model-building.

• Background in using model outputs to facilitate ongoing A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign iterations.

• Comfortable with marketing technology platforms like Braze, Appsflyer, and contemporary CRM architectures.

• Proven track record in establishing high-level KPIs and assessing comprehensive marketing efforts against core business growth.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Braze or other CRM systems and experience in AI Agent development are advantageous.
