This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the central point for commercial execution, consumer engagement, and cross-functional operations.
• Take ownership of front-line consumer support through email, website, and social media platforms.
• Identify and implement escalation procedures for quality, safety, or regulatory issues.
• Oversee community engagement across social media channels.
• Monitor, synthesize, and report on consumer feedback trends.
• Maintain and revise the master FAQ and canned response database.
• Manage digital assets across Syndigo, 1WS, and retailer portals.
• Lead the setup of new items and maintain master data.
• Implement updates to website content.
• Coordinate direct order resolutions using Flowspace and third-party logistics partners.
• Organize and track the promotional calendar.
• Lead quarterly consumer communication initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and promotional interactions.
• Fulfill account requests and assist with customer sales presentation materials.
• Support the rollout of innovation launches.
• Provide operational assistance for e-commerce projects, customer presentations, and S&OP processes.
• Compile, monitor, and analyze sales data, consumer feedback, and campaign performance metrics.
• Deliver actionable business insights to internal teams.
• Report directly to the Sr. Brand Director.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales coordination, consumer care, or e-commerce execution within CPG.
• Preference for experience in the Food & Beverage or Natural Products sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with Syndigo, 1WS, and retailer seller portals.
• Familiarity with basic website content management system (CMS) tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize data and summarize performance metrics effectively.
• A desire to learn about the end-to-end commercial operations of CPG brand management.
• Aspiration to advance into brand management roles.
• Capability to independently manage consumer interactions, operational requests, and dynamic daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in item setup, digital assets, and customer communications.
• Ability to thoughtfully address consumer concerns.
• Skill in transitioning between daily ownership tasks and urgent support requests.
