Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture direct referral relationships within designated markets.

• Engage in clientele, marketing, and customer service initiatives within the marketing department.

• Sustain current referral sources while broadening the referral network.

• Build business connections within the assigned area.

• Contribute to the overarching company marketing strategy.

• Generate necessary reports.

• Aid in the establishment of financial objectives for the designated region.

• Collaborate with programs to comprehend client, program, and referral source requirements.

• Fulfill mandatory training hours as required.

• Participate in requisite meetings.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Conduct local travel as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in the D&A and/or Mental Health field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Counselor, Assessor, or in Community Relations within direct client care is preferred.

• Understanding of chemical dependency and psychiatric treatment.

• Familiarity with marketing strategies in a behavioral healthcare context.

• Capacity to empathize and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and various computer applications.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

• Commitment to attending and participating in necessary meetings.

• Completion of all mandated training as specified by the company and relevant accreditation/licensing bodies.

• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations, governing bodies, and compliance standards.

• Capability to provide personal transportation.

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 10 pounds.
