Marketing & Range Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, format, and schedule eDMs according to the established marketing calendar and templates

• Integrate approved text, images, links, and products into eDMs

• Review eDMs for precision, formatting, spelling, and link functionality prior to scheduling

• Update and manage automated email flows within Dotdigital

• Create and schedule social media posts aligned with the sanctioned marketing calendar

• Craft engaging captions utilizing approved content and the appropriate brand voice

• Upload images, videos, and other authorized materials

• Refresh and merchandise the website, including product details, images, banners, and promotional content

• Revise product information, pricing, and additional website content

• Inspect website pages and promotions for inaccuracies

• Maintain and update range documents and Excel spreadsheets

• Assist with seasonal range information, catalog setup, and preparation

• Prepare and uphold the new season's Homyped Range Book

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Graphic Design teams on Homyped projects

• Provide general administrative assistance to Production and Range functions

• Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks and other responsibilities as required by the business

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel with strong capability in managing spreadsheets

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Good command of written English and effective communication skills

• Ability to adhere to instructions, processes, and deadlines

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple assigned tasks

• Prior experience in marketing administration, e-commerce, product administration, or a comparable support role

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably Dotdigital

• Experience in social media scheduling

• Knowledge of website content management or e-commerce platforms

• Experience in retail, footwear, fashion, or product manufacturing is highly valued
