Marketing QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits and validate numerous marketing tasks daily.

• Examine Meta Ads for copy, imagery, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters.

• Assess GoHighLevel automations, logic, triggers, workflows, and settings for email/SMS delivery.

• Evaluate Zapier workflows, Google Business Profiles, local SEO components, and web assets as needed.

• Analyze AI-generated content for clarity, grammar, tone, compliance, brand consistency, and adherence to prompt guidelines.

• Rigorously follow SOPs and checklists while recommending process enhancements.

• Identify and document issues using annotated screenshots and organized QA reports.

• Contribute to internal QA metrics, audits, and performance assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with Marketing Coordinators, Copywriters, Designers, Developers, and Strategists.

• Ensure responsive communication through Slack, Asana, and shared documentation platforms.

• Provide timely updates regarding QA status, obstacles, and resolutions.

• Act as the final checkpoint to safeguard client trust, brand integrity, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify root causes.

• Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.

• Proficient in written English.

• Previous experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.

• Comfortable using Asana, ClickUp, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets/Docs.

• Capable of auditing Meta Ads copy, imagery, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters.

• Skilled in auditing GoHighLevel automations, triggers, workflows, and settings for email/SMS delivery.

• Familiarity with marketing operations, digital QA, SEO/GBP optimization, HubSpot or other CRMs, high-volume agency or tech-enabled marketing environments, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.

• Availability for PH night shift hours to align with the U.S.-based team.
