Marketing Project Manager – Fixed term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development and implementation of the Mentorship Program

• Create and maintain the program roadmap, encompassing community-building initiatives, educational offerings, and mentorship opportunities

• Establish and monitor KPIs while continuously enhancing program results

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve acquisition touchpoints, user journey, and platform functionalities

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and guarantee timely execution

• Identify and resolve technical challenges impacting the project

• Partner with marketing teams to execute customer acquisition strategies

• Coordinate with email marketing teams to promote the program throughout the merchant lifecycle

• Ensure prompt delivery of educational courses, live events, and other campaign materials

• Keep abreast of e-commerce and print-on-demand trends to ensure content relevance

• Work closely with the Growth team and other departments to align the program with broader company objectives

• Serve as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or Product Manager role, ideally with a focus on marketing or growth

• Solid technical expertise and experience collaborating with developers and technical teams

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-driven environment

• Previous experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing is advantageous

• Self-motivated, proactive individual with the ability to take charge of projects and see them through

• A genuine passion for empowering and supporting entrepreneurs or sellers

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
