Marketing Project Manager – DTC, Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee various projects spanning multiple brands and departments

• Develop transparent timelines, deliverables, responsible parties, priorities, and deadlines

• Ensure projects and team members remain aligned, accountable, and on track

• Follow up on pending tasks to guarantee completion of critical work

• Identify obstacles, missed transitions, and potential delays before they escalate into issues

• Keep leadership informed about project status, priorities, and associated risks

• Enhance internal processes, workflows, and organizational efficiency

• Collaborate across marketing, creative, influencers, paid media, social media, e-commerce, and leadership

• Assist in ensuring that launches, campaigns, and significant deadlines are met

• Engage across TikTok Shop, UGC and creative strategy, TikTok creators and affiliates, Trybe/creator programs, Shopify, organic social/social management, Meta Ads, creative production, Amazon, product launches, and campaigns

• Introduce structure to marketing and creative operations without hindering the organization

• Define clear ownership, visibility, priorities, and accountability among teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in project management, marketing operations, or a related field

• Experience in an agency, multi-brand company, DTC brand, performance marketing agency, or comparable setting

• Ability to manage numerous projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously

• Knowledge of digital marketing and creative workflows

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at follow-up

• Capable of holding team members accountable while fostering strong working relationships

• Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to system and process improvements

• Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar project management tools
