This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the operational calendar for all Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with product milestones, deployment schedules, and sales priorities.
• Provide daily support for demand generation programs aimed at high-value accounts.
• Oversee content syndication and paid initiatives, managing vendor relations, lead delivery and routing, list quality, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct audits and maintain monitoring routines for AI search visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
• Collaborate on case studies, deployment results, and technical documentation with solutions delivery and engineering teams.
• Manage community engagement and social media activities across LinkedIn, Reddit, and practitioner forums.
• Ensure CRM campaign infrastructure and data integrity, including campaign objects, UTMs, lead sources, lifecycle stages, and attribution.
• Synchronize funnel and pipeline activities among sales, marketing, and customer teams.
• Develop processes for project intake, prioritization, approvals, and retrospective evaluations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs across various stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
• Experience in demand generation and funnel management, with a solid understanding of pipeline mechanics beyond just top-of-funnel volume.
• Practical experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or equivalent is acceptable).
• Proficiency in the contemporary GTM stack, including marketing automation, advertising platforms, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of Asana or similar work management tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and incomplete information, exercising judgment to escalate issues when necessary.
• Direct experience in critical industries such as utilities, energy, municipal and public sector, real estate, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, or defense.
• Alignment with the mission of climate, energy, and technology.
• Proven track record of high productivity.
• Remote position based in the U.S.
