Marketing Product Manager, PET Finder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Complete ownership of GPS pet tracking devices — encompassing feature development and market positioning

• Discover new target markets and opportunities to broaden the customer base

• Track project advancement, ensure results align with set KPIs, and perform competitive and market analysis

• Produce sales materials such as advertising creatives, landing page content, and platform-specific text

• Oversee communication with both internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, focusing on paid social advertising, organic content, and email automation

• Identify potential risks and formulate contingency strategies

• Direct UGC and influencer initiatives, provide briefs to creators, and evaluate content for brand adherence

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in product management and/or marketing, preferably in tracking, pet technology, or software solutions

• Expert or strong proficiency in paid social advertising, particularly with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads

• Demonstrated campaign achievements and quantifiable revenue growth

• Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive approach

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to effectively present product advantages in German, French, and English

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate various teams

• Experience with B2C clientele

• Familiarity with SaaS or hardware products

• In-depth understanding of the target demographic of dog owners and a strong passion for animals

• Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level

• Proficiency in French at C1/C2 level

• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level
