This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Oversee the Optimizely Content Marketing Platform, encompassing request forms, project templates, workflows, statuses, approval paths, permissions, notifications, calendars, and reporting views.
• Ensure the quality of platform data and facilitate consistent processes for intake, planning, review, and approval.
• Manage the Optimizely Digital Asset Management environment, which includes asset intake, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, versioning, approval status, expiration dates, usage rights, archival, and distribution.
• Guarantee that users can find and utilize current, approved, and brand-compliant assets.
• Evaluate marketing workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks and recurring challenges, document requirements, and suggest process enhancements.
• Execute approved modifications and assess improvements related to cycle time, quality, visibility, and user experience.
• Uphold governance standards for taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, folder structures, project data, asset status, documentation, and platform usage.
• Perform quality reviews and coordinate the correction of incomplete, duplicate, expired, superseded, or incorrectly classified records and assets.
• Create user documentation, deliver onboarding and training, address platform inquiries, triage issues, and promote platform adoption.
• Track adoption and operational performance, present insights and recommendations, and support the sanctioned CMP and DAM roadmap.
• Transform the DAM platform into a business-facing sales enablement tool for the bank.
• Monitor Optimizely Opal credit usage and report the consumption rate to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with MarCom, Compliance, IT, various business lines, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Information Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be taken into account.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, digital asset management, project management, or a similar role within a marketing technology setting.
• Practical experience in administering or configuring at least one Content Marketing Platform, Digital Asset Management, work management, or content operations platform.
• Experience with Optimizely CMP or DAM is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with similar platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Acquia DAM, Sitecore Content Hub, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Experience in configuring marketing workflows, request forms, project templates, permissions, approval paths, notifications, calendars, and operational reporting.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, folder structures, asset lifecycle controls, versioning, usage rights, expiration, and archival practices.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks and trends, and effectively communicate actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within structured creative, compliance, or approval processes; experience in a regulated or highly brand-governed environment is preferred.
• Marketing platform or software certification(s) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Service-oriented mindset, curiosity, adaptability, and dedication to continuous improvement and user adoption.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and data integrity.
• Technical fluency with the ability to convert business needs into platform requirements, configurations, documentation, and support guidance.
• Working knowledge of content and asset lifecycles, brand governance, structured approvals, and regulated marketing environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Capability to frequently use a computer, including typing and maintaining focus on a monitor.
• Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods; ability to bend and reach.
