Marketing Operations Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Dolead's internal tools to ensure customers are operationally configured correctly.

• Develop Landing Pages using the internal Page Builder.

• Offer suggestions for enhancements and new functionalities for the Page Builder.

• Oversee and track the launches of new clients.

• Monitor and analyze Billable Rate, CVR, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Serve as a cross-functional project manager for client launches and associated projects.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in an agile format via ClickUp.

• Establish A/B testing, analyze data, and make performance optimization decisions.

• Suggest and apply strategies to enhance conversion funnels by examining conversion channels and usage data.

• Collaborate directly with technical teams to manage and enhance the internal LP builder interface.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Web Design.

• Proficient in marketing with a comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing funnel.

• Expertise in designing and/or managing Landing Pages.

• Project management skills to recognize objectives and coordinate team efforts effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• A keen interest in consumer experience.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is an advantage.

• Experience in managing international accounts is a plus.
