This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop, test, and implement Marketo programs for emails, webinars, nurture campaigns, and events.
• Assist in campaign tracking utilizing UTM structure, program channels/tags, and Salesforce campaign configuration.
• Oversee lead processing workflows, ensuring accurate routing, scoring, and assignment with the SDR leadership team.
• Resolve Marketo and lead flow challenges, escalating or addressing issues as necessary.
• Uphold campaign and lead management best practices through regular audits and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Web teams on form strategies and communications for SDRs.
• Maintain operational playbooks, workflows, templates, and documentation for campaigns.
• Work in conjunction with Demand Generation, Events, and Content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to the platform.
• Aim to achieve Marketo Certified Expert certification over time.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Execution, ideally within a B2B SaaS context.
• Practical experience with Marketo (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets.
• Understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and campaign attribution.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, particularly when conveying technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• A curious mindset with a desire to enhance tools, systems, and processes.
