This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Design and implement high-quality events and hospitality experiences for corporate partners, affluent clients, agencies, prospects, and significant stakeholders.
• Oversee comprehensive event planning, which includes creative concepts, venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, production, vendor coordination, guest experience, and on-site execution.
• Develop event strategies that align with sales milestones, ticketing opportunities, Olympic announcements, and major cultural events.
• Create programming that weaves together product narratives, athletes, talent, partners, content, and luxury hospitality.
• Ensure that events adhere to Olympic Hospitality standards, meet partner expectations, and uphold premium brand positioning.
• Act as a primary liaison for internal teams, agencies, vendors, brand partners, and strategic collaborators.
• Assist in partnership activations that enhance Olympic Hospitality and deliver value to clients, prospects, and global stakeholders.
• Identify partnership opportunities in lifestyle, luxury, entertainment, sports, culinary, fashion, art, and culture.
• Facilitate collaboration among marketing, sales, partnerships, communications, creative, operations, and leadership teams.
• Oversee partner deliverables, timelines, approvals, and execution requirements.
• Collaborate with content, social media, PR, and creative teams to maximize the impact of activations.
• Develop event briefs, guest experiences, run-of-show schedules, programming concepts, and executive communication materials.
• Work with design, photography, video, and production teams to create exceptional event environments and content opportunities.
• Enhance VIP guest experiences, executive hosting, hospitality programming, and initiatives for building client relationships.
• Monitor event KPIs, including attendance, pipeline influence, client engagement, partner value, content performance, and ROI.
• Manage post-event reporting, insights, recommendations, and opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain event calendars that align with Olympic milestones, sales campaigns, and global marketing efforts.
• Establish scalable processes and best practices for executing premium events leading up to the Games.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, partnerships, sports, entertainment, luxury hospitality, or premium brand activations.
• Demonstrated experience in producing high-touch events and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and priorities.
• Creative storytelling skills and a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with a background in managing executive stakeholders, partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Capability to balance overarching strategy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in managing budgets, production timelines, contracts, and event operations.
• A passion for sports, culture, entertainment, live events, and premium experiences.
• Bonus: Experience with global events, the Olympic Games, sponsorship activations, luxury brands, talent/athlete programming, or affluent clientele.
