This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Design and implement exceptional events and hospitality experiences for corporate partners, high-net-worth clients, agencies, prospects, and key stakeholders.
β’ Oversee the entire event planning process, including creative concepts, venue selection, budgeting, timelines, production, vendors, guest experience, and on-site execution.
β’ Develop event strategies aligned with sales milestones, ticketing opportunities, Olympic announcements, and significant cultural events.
β’ Create programming that integrates product storytelling, athletes, talent, partners, content, and luxury hospitality.
β’ Ensure events comply with Olympic Hospitality standards, partner expectations, and premium brand positioning.
β’ Act as a primary contact for internal teams, agencies, vendors, brand partners, and strategic collaborators.
β’ Assist in partnership activations that enhance Olympic Hospitality and provide value to clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
β’ Identify collaboration opportunities with partners in lifestyle, luxury, entertainment, sports, culinary, fashion, art, and culture.
β’ Facilitate cooperation across marketing, sales, partnerships, communications, creative, operations, and leadership teams.
β’ Manage partner deliverables, timelines, approvals, and execution requirements.
β’ Collaborate with content, social, PR, and creative teams to optimize event impact.
β’ Develop event briefs, guest journeys, run-of-show plans, programming concepts, and executive communication materials.
β’ Work with design, photography, video, and production teams on event environments and content creation opportunities.
β’ Support VIP experiences, executive hosting, hospitality programming, and relationship building with clients.
β’ Monitor event KPIs such as attendance, pipeline influence, client engagement, partner value, content performance, and ROI.
β’ Handle post-event reporting, insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
β’ Maintain event calendars that align with Olympic milestones, sales campaigns, and global marketing initiatives.
β’ Establish scalable processes and best practices for premium event execution leading up to the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, partnerships, sports, entertainment, luxury hospitality, or premium brand activations.
β’ Demonstrated experience in producing high-touch events and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
β’ Strong project management abilities to handle multiple timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and priorities.
β’ Creative storytelling skills coupled with a passion for crafting memorable experiences that connect brands with audiences.
β’ Excellent communication skills with experience managing executive stakeholders, partners, agencies, and vendors.
β’ Ability to balance overarching strategy with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Experience in managing budgets, production timelines, contracts, and event operations.
β’ Enthusiasm for sports, culture, entertainment, live events, and premium experiences.
β’ Remote candidates should be willing to travel to events.
β’ Candidates based in NY, LA, or Raleigh are encouraged to work from office locations.
