This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design and implementation of consumer engagement initiatives throughout the entire funnel, from initial outreach to re-engagement efforts.
• Develop messaging strategies and ensure client alignment on campaign methodologies.
• Contribute to engagement plans for the launch of new products.
• Anticipate campaign performance and aid in annual strategic planning efforts.
• Experiment with new messaging, channels, and tools to enhance performance outcomes.
• Uphold pre-send quality assurance standards, including list accuracy, link validation, personalization tokens, mobile rendering, and compliance reviews.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for clients, ensuring alignment between Solera's resources and client requirements.
• Gain an understanding of client culture and platforms to customize campaign strategies effectively.
• Balance the need for customization with scalable best practices across various programs.
• Manage timelines and expectations while addressing obstacles to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Leverage data to reveal insights and enhance engagement strategies.
• Provide campaign reports that include clear takeaways and actionable suggestions.
• Measure, track, and document performance metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing funnel, audience, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with the BI team to develop and communicate data visualizations and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing across both digital and offline channels.
• Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing; a background in healthcare or wellness is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing channels such as email, SMS, direct mail, digital advertising, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Practical experience with tools like Iterable, Google Analytics, Wrike, PowerBI, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional cross-functional teamwork skills.
