Business Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Craft engaging copy for various communication platforms, including the website, advertisements, sell sheets, and creative briefs for agencies.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and creative agencies to guide projects from initial concept to final execution.

• Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints.

• Identify market segmentation and targeting possibilities, while proposing marketing strategies and overseeing campaign execution.

• Gain insights into how marketing campaigns and offers are developed, executed, and managed.

• Evaluate KPI data to assess campaign performance and suggest enhancements.

• Examine and critique competitive marketing campaigns.

• Review website functionality and propose enhancements to improve user experience, particularly in marketing user flow.

• Assess website productivity and effectiveness, recommending necessary improvements.

• Work with internal creative teams to design and update website visuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Business, Journalism, Marketing, or a related area.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• Familiarity with Adobe Tools is advantageous.

• Comfortable with a strong interest in analyzing data (trend reports, usage reports).

• Experience in virtual, cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven experience in engaging with and presenting to leadership.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven and capable of managing responsibilities in a virtual setting.

• Full authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future.

• Experience with paid media (paid search, SEO, Social) is a plus.
