This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee product launches, marketing campaigns, and projects from inception to completion throughout the distributor markets in Eastern Europe.
• Cultivate relationships with senior distributors and translate regional strategies into impactful market initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to set priorities, establish timelines, develop materials, ensure localization, manage approvals, and track project delivery.
• Develop, adapt, and implement regional campaigns, product positioning, digital content, and educational materials.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations regarding market priorities, activities, and investments.
• Participate in annual brand planning and budget discussions.
• Enhance campaign planning and evaluation by defining objectives, responsibilities, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and facilitate priority launches.
• Oversee a diverse project portfolio, identify risks, and monitor decisions and subsequent actions using Asana.
• Collaborate with teams in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Digital, and EMEA Marketing.
• Must be a UK-based candidate with the Right to Work in the UK.

• Significant marketing experience in a regulated environment, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading product launches, campaigns, or multi-market marketing initiatives.
• Ability to convert overarching strategy into specific, measurable actions.
• Experience in managing senior relationships with distributors, agencies, or external commercial partners.
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with a keen eye for execution.
• Collaborative and practical approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in leveraging market data, performance metrics, project costs, and business assumptions for recommendations.
• Familiarity with healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing principles.
• Capability to lead localization, education, digital initiatives, campaigns, and launch activities across markets with varying capabilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in an additional Eastern European language is a plus.
• Experience with Asana, Veeva, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• A graduate degree may be preferred, along with 4 years of related experience.
