Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the brand strategy for More Nutrition in Switzerland.

• Design effective campaigns and implement localized marketing initiatives.

• Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

• Establish the brand strategy by integrating global guidelines with local consumer insights.

• Create the marketing activation calendar and plan as well as execute omnichannel campaigns.

• Contribute to the development of the local product portfolio tailored for the Swiss market.

• Brief and oversee agencies to produce brand-compliant, locally relevant assets in German and French.

• Monitor brand metrics and campaign KPIs, continuously optimizing performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across D2C, pureplay, and point-of-sale channels.

• Coordinate with local commercial teams to align marketing efforts with market and sales goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of substantial professional experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the FMCG/consumer goods sector, ideally within Food & Beverage.

• Proven experience in managing or supporting one or more brands in Switzerland with revenues exceeding CHF 50 million.

• Strong background in managing a D2C business and omnichannel campaigns, including mass media, influencer marketing, and social media platforms such as TikTok and Meta, point of sale, and pureplay.

• A proactive hands-on approach, excellent project management capabilities, and a genuine passion for cross-functional collaboration.

• A strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools.

• Business-fluent German (Swiss German) and fluent French; confident English skills for internal communication.
