Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media channels.

• Produce both written and visual content for marketing purposes.

• Oversee, improve, and provide editorial assistance for websites utilizing the WordPress CMS.

• Create sales strategies, including email marketing campaigns and sales correspondence.

• Generate innovative concepts and novel approaches for marketing and sales efforts.

• Collaborate across various departments and specialized teams.

• Foster the advancement of digital communication within the Advisory & IT business unit through cutting-edge AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional experience in digital marketing.

• Understanding of SEO, SEA, and prevalent marketing and social media platforms.

• Proven experience in creating written and visual marketing materials.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

• A creative mindset, resourcefulness, and a strong motivation to develop new marketing and sales strategies.

• Competence in MS Office applications.

• A strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for innovative AI and digitalization solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for collaborative work across functions.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
