This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Take charge of Listo's comprehensive marketing strategy and roadmap, covering brand development, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Design and execute campaigns across various channels, including content, social media, email, and paid advertising to enhance the sales pipeline.

• Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms, overseeing both organic and paid activities.

• Produce engaging explainer and product videos tailored for YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Transform client success stories into compelling case studies, sales enablement materials, and social proof.

• Oversee the website management, SEO, and inbound marketing strategy.

• Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to refine positioning as the company expands.

• Control the marketing budget and make strategic channel decisions while testing and optimizing performance.

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, having managed a channel or function from start to finish.

• Proficient in creating content and videos autonomously, from initial concept through to the final product.

• A background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or venue technology is highly advantageous.

• Native-level spoken English is essential for regular presentations to clients and leadership.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms, as well as LinkedIn Ads and email marketing tools.

• Ability to work swiftly and independently generate ideas.

• Complete ownership of the marketing function, with opportunities to expand into a more significant leadership position as we grow.
