This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take complete ownership of the end-to-end execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, encompassing workshops, innovation days, industry and association events, direct mail, gifting campaigns, client experiences, and customized activations.
• Convert commercial priorities into detailed program briefs that outline audience, messaging, offers, channel mix, calls to action, timelines, budgets, owners, and success metrics.
• Oversee programs from the briefing stage to launch, managing workbacks, reviews, vendors, production, logistics, Sales readiness, and follow-ups.
• Create repeatable activation frameworks, templates, and processes to enhance execution speed and capacity.
• Juggle multiple programs concurrently, identifying dependencies, resolving blockers, and escalating decisions as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and commercial leaders to transform account priorities, opportunities, and triggers into Marketing activations.
• Manage the operating rhythm for ABM execution, including readiness, launch coordination, Sales follow-up, decision tracking, and next steps.
• Assist in business development and full-lifecycle activations that generate opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Creative, Client Services, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor account engagement, meetings created, opportunity progression, influenced pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on reporting and attribution; leverage HubSpot data to assess and enhance outcomes.
• Generate succinct monthly program readouts.
• Refine audience selection, messaging, channel mix, timing, execution, and follow-up based on campaign outcomes and account signals.
• Document successful strategies, templates, processes, and lessons learned.
• Uphold quality across copy, creative, audience lists, event logistics, fulfillment, seller materials, and post-campaign follow-up.
• Ensure activations comply with brand standards, quality, privacy, and healthcare regulations, obtaining necessary approvals.
• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on involvement in account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, events, or integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability to execute programs from direction and brief through to execution, launch, Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization.
• Experience managing enterprise-sized contracts.
• Capability to oversee multiple concurrent programs, including timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, logistics, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of CRM and marketing-automation reporting.
• HubSpot experience is preferred.
• Exceptional project management, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• High levels of ownership, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to action.
• Ability to troubleshoot executional challenges and deliver polished work with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or health-technology audiences is a plus.
