Marketing Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a diverse international student community within Masters-level programs at Australian and Asian universities.

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online learners.

• Assist students with academic writing, research, and effective time management strategies.

• Facilitate one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions.

• Direct students to appropriate reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Offer proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges.

• Engage with students through emails, phone calls, and online meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant disciplines at a recognized university or college.

• Formal teaching experience at a university or college is preferred.

• Proficient command of the English language.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Access to a working laptop.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability every day between 12 pm and 6 pm.
