Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee innovative assets, content, and messaging for loyalty and digital marketing codes initiatives.

• Ensure that donor experiences remain accurate and consistent across all channels.

• Craft marketing copy and direct the creative development of materials intended for donors.

• Aid in campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market strategies from conception to execution.

• Manage and enhance the loyalty experiences on the Blood Donor App and website.

• Develop materials for donation centers and blood drives.

• Generate program communications and maintain libraries and resources for assets.

• Collaborate with customer care and social media teams to address inquiries and collect donor feedback.

• Track campaign performance, donor behavior, and program metrics.

• Compile reports and utilize insights to refine future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.

• Previous direct marketing experience is highly preferred, particularly in campaign development, creative asset management, and digital experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to quickly assimilate information, analyze issues, and implement solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

• Some travel may be necessary.
