This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the client's marketing team to grasp their goals, target audiences, and campaign priorities.

• Convert business objectives into a comprehensive email marketing strategy and actionable recommendations.

• Present campaign strategies, timelines, and performance metrics to the client.

• Compose and refine email content, including subject lines, body text, and calls to action.

• Create B2B email sequencing and journey logic aimed at lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

• Design multi-touch campaigns that synchronize timing, messaging, and audience segmentation.

• Ensure that campaigns embody the client's brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.

• Construct, test, ensure quality, and implement email campaigns using Mailchimp.

• Establish and oversee automation workflows and triggers.

• Develop and uphold audience segments while maintaining list hygiene.

• Oversee lead enrollment into campaigns and journeys utilizing Salesforce data, lead status, and routing processes.

• Monitor adherence to best practices for sending, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations where applicable, as well as deliverability health.

• Track and report on opens, clicks, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and sequencing.

• Analyze performance data to provide client recommendations and enhance future campaigns.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or a related discipline.

• Proven hands-on experience with building, testing, and launching campaigns in Mailchimp is essential.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM for managing leads and enrolling in campaigns.

• Strong copywriting abilities, with an acute awareness of tone, clarity, and effective calls to action.

• Experience in developing nurture sequences, drip campaigns, or lifecycle journeys.

• Comfortable interacting directly with client stakeholders and conveying information clearly under tight deadlines.

• Practical knowledge of segmentation, list management, and email automation logic.

• Understanding of email deliverability principles, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

• Available to dedicate contract hours for the entire engagement period.
