This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance the performance of BeOne’s products within Germany.
• Create and execute the established go-to-market strategy.
• Meet specified commercial objectives by utilizing allocated resources and investment budgets.
• Cultivate an image, brand vision, and awareness for BeOne and its offerings in the hematology sector.
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies for existing products as well as upcoming hematology franchise launches.
• Collaborate across departments to develop national brand plans and tactics that align with international brand strategies, including digital initiatives.
• Develop national brand communication and activity plans in conjunction with the Franchise Head and relevant cross-functional teams.
• Identify agencies, vendors, technologies, and tools that facilitate the execution of tactics.
• Create customer-focused promotional tools and materials for field teams and general business applications.
• Generate market insights in collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Business Operations, and Business Analytics stakeholders.
• Assist in forecasting, brand budget planning, and monitoring.
• Organize regular training sessions and updates for Key Account Managers.
• Oversee commercial projects, including contracts, invoicing, and communications.
• Keep management updated on market dynamics and competitor activities that impact strategy.
• Participate in national and international scientific meetings, symposia, and workshops.
• Drive business decisions focused on patient care.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, BeOne’s Standards of Conduct, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervise (Senior) Product Managers, interns, and external suppliers.
• Over 5 years of proven and successful experience in commercial roles.
• Demonstrated achievements in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
• Specific expertise and dependable networks in the hematology market.
• High social competence and strong teamwork abilities.
• Highly motivated, solution-driven, and positive demeanor.
• Strategic, success-oriented, and commercially focused thinking and working style.
• Exceptional communication skills and thought leadership capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of hematology is essential.
• Specialized knowledge and networks in lymphomas are desirable.
• Medical and scientific expertise.
• Skills in implementation and project management.
• Proficiency in English and contemporary computer skills, including MS Office, is required.
• Fluency in both verbal and written English and German.
• Proficiency in any other major European language is an advantage.
• Approximately 25% travel required.
