Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead the marketing efforts for JustDone and ensure profitable scaling of performance marketing.

• Take full responsibility for the company's marketing results.

• Manage a team of 7 individuals.

• Develop Google Ads (Search) and scale other channels: Meta, TikTok, Google Display Network.

• Oversee a marketing budget starting from $1M.

• Analyze and plan CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cohorts.

• Prepare reports for management.

• Implement AI tools into the team's processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in performance marketing; team management experience is a plus.

• Experience in developing B2C SaaS products with a subscription-based monetization model.

• Practical experience with Google Ads (Search) and understanding the specifics of scaling this channel.

• Strong expertise in one or more performance channels: Meta, TikTok, Google Display Network (GDN), or others.

• Experience managing advertising budgets starting from $500K.

• Understanding of unit economics for subscription products: LTV, CAC, payback, cohort analysis.

• Daily active use of AI tools in work (systematic thinking + AI enablement).
