This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to Workiva's Marketing strategy by implementing projects, organizing details, and collaborating across various teams.
• Acquire practical experience in campaign execution, analytics, content development, events, partner marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and Marketo.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Create audience segmentations and assist in lifecycle and marketing automation processes.
• Support lead generation efforts.
• Utilize spreadsheet matching and lookup functions to standardize accounts.
• Keep marketing reports and documentation up to date.
• Review website content, including brand voice, SEO enhancement, and governance.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
• Design, implement, and assess web content for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Research, plan, and manage venue selection, materials, and logistics for events and workshops.
• Help maintain vendor relationships and manage program operations within budget constraints.
• Implement marketing activities for Pro Group initiatives and workshops.
• Collect and organize data from Pro Group-specific sources.
• Assist in developing member feedback surveys and analyze the results.
• Create and manage event registration pages.
• Monitor event deliverables using Monday.com.
• Aid in the preparation of event decks and communication with attendees.
• Generate name badges, update event calendars, and provide logistical and administrative support for events.
• Currently pursuing a degree, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Driven self-starter with a strong inclination towards action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Team-specific competencies may include event coordination and logistics, as well as data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Reliable internet access for remote work when not in a Workiva office.
