Marketing Intern – AI Content Strategy, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and document effective prompts for Copilot related to common content tasks.

• Create and manage a centralized prompt library for the marketing and content teams.

• Repurpose pre-existing content assets, such as transforming webinar recordings into blog drafts, social media posts, and FAQs.

• Investigate best practices for enhancing content visibility in AI-driven search engines and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Perplexity.

• Conduct audits of current content to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for enhancing AI visibility and discoverability.

• Suggest and assist in implementing modifications that facilitate easier access for AI tools to locate and utilize content.

• Record findings and communicate recommendations with the content team.

• Report to the Marketing department and work collaboratively with content, communications, and marketing teams.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline.

• Keen interest in AI tools and their application in content creation.

• Proficient writing and editing abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to conduct independent research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Quick to learn new software and tools comfortably.
