Marketing Growth, Communications Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop marketing communications using Braze for various channels including email, push notifications, RCS/SMS, and in-app messaging.

• Create and conduct quality assurance checks on landing pages and campaign materials.

• Oversee the production of assets from creation and quality assurance to approvals, deployment, and communication with stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance and obtain legal approval for all assets.

• Assist in daily marketing operations while keeping projects on track.

• Maintain campaign briefs, timelines, reports, and final deliverables.

• Identify potential risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.

• Aid client and sales teams with the setup and reporting of in-app promotions.

• Extract campaign performance metrics and present results.

• Suggest optimizations for campaigns based on performance analysis.

• Conduct tests on copy, creative elements, and timing.

• Utilize AI tools to assist in research, drafting, and reporting tasks.

• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Design, Product, and Compliance teams to create tailored consumer content that enhances revenue and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience in crafting concise and engaging copy.

• Ability to interpret campaign results and analyze data.

• Basic creative design skills and familiarity with Figma.

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar large language model tools; demonstrated use of Claude or an equivalent is essential.

• Comfort working in agile, matrixed environments with various inputs and quick deadlines.

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related discipline.

• Basic project management capabilities.

• Previous experience with Braze or CRM/marketing automation is advantageous.

• Familiarity with building email templates or landing pages is a plus.

• Experience in email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, eCommerce, or digital marketing is an asset.
