Marketing Expert – Marketing Operations, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs that reflect actual marketing operations activities.

• Determine the objectives of each task, including embedded challenges and the decisions a proficient practitioner should undertake.

• Outline necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states to create realistic tasks.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and criteria for assessment.

• Analyze AI agent attempts and measure them against expert benchmarks.

• Design and assess tasks that involve diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Collaborate across various marketing operations domains, including lead routing, workflow design, campaign management, agency and process transitions, and marketing/sales-stack orchestration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a hands-on practitioner in marketing operations.

• Proven experience in creating lead routing rules, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.

• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as Salesforce.

• Proficiency in a marketing automation system.

• Proficiency in a project management tool such as Asana or Linear.

• Proficiency in a customer support tool such as Zendesk or Intercom.

• Prior experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly desirable.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment prior to review.

• Must be capable of functioning as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
