This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee brand events, which include venue selection, vendor management, budget oversight, timeline creation, and run-of-show planning.
• Administer invite lists and track RSVPs in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate conference participation, encompassing booth logistics, promotional materials, giveaways, shipping, and hosted receptions.
• Organize and execute smaller-scale and regional activations, such as campus events.
• Provide post-event evaluations that cover attendance, engagement levels, and suggestions for improvement.
• Manage the daily operations of the ambassador community program, including onboarding, platform oversight, and member engagement.
• Oversee community communications in alignment with the marketing team’s calendar.
• Generate innovative ideas to keep community members actively engaged.
• Collect member stories, testimonials, and participant information for content creation, media, and advocacy opportunities.
• Promote and communicate member benefits, rewards, and incentives.
• Maintain member participation agreements and consent processes, ensuring that content complies with disclosure requirements.
• Report on community engagement and output, including participation levels, stories collected, and overall impact.
• Assist with referrals, partnerships, branding, and other marketing initiatives.
• Handle sourcing, ordering, inventory management, and fulfillment of promotional items.
• Several years of experience managing events in conjunction with member or ambassador programs, preferably for consumer brands.
• Proven track record of taking events from conception to execution while adhering to budget constraints.
• Capability to develop comprehensive event plans that on-site vendors and team members can follow remotely.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to express the brand’s voice effectively.
• Understanding of community engagement principles and trust-building practices.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure regulations related to ambassador content, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Openness to support broader brand and marketing initiatives beyond primary events and community engagements.
• Ability to transition smoothly between various unrelated projects.
• An interest or curiosity in women’s health and reproductive wellness is advantageous, but not mandatory.
