This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of national events and conferences that align with Personify Health’s Wellbeing growth strategy.
• Manage event logistics, including vendors, materials, timelines, registration, reporting workflows, stakeholder updates, shipping, inventory, and on-site support.
• Assist in supporting the national Wellbeing event and conference calendar.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Account Management, Consultant Broker Relations, Creative, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Aid in planning for sponsorship, speaking opportunities, booths, promotional activities, and attendee engagement.
• Organize assigned national events and conferences, in addition to regional events, partner events, and virtual experiences as required.
• Oversee A/V requirements, booth materials, speaker details, registration needs, attendee communications, and on-site support.
• Develop and maintain event project plans, checklists, run-of-show documents, attendee lists, stakeholder updates, landing page inputs, and post-event recaps.
• Travel as necessary to ensure on-site execution, setup, and attendee experience, while addressing issues as they arise.
• Monitor event budgets, purchase requests, vendor approvals, invoice statuses, and final expenses.
• Keep records of events including attendance, meeting requests, lead capture, campaign associations, follow-up statuses, and post-event notes.
• Assist with lead routing, Salesforce campaign setup, landing page requests, attribution tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Gather post-event feedback and performance data.
• Exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple timelines, vendors, deliverables, and stakeholder requests concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in crafting email and web content, clear updates, instructions, recaps, and stakeholder communications.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
• Comfortable navigating logistical complexities under tight deadlines.
• Foundational understanding of audience engagement, lead generation, sales follow-up, and measurable marketing outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously, resolve issues in real time, maintain composure during live events, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Willingness and capability to travel regularly for conferences, events, and on-site execution.
• Occasional evening or weekend availability as required by event schedules.
• Capability to stay organized and responsive while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools.
• Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas.
• Capacity to occasionally move event materials, supplies, or equipment in line with business needs and reasonable accommodation practices.
