This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
• Act as the main operational liaison for designated account events.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of market-facing events, leadership gatherings, and internal functions.
• Create and maintain event project plans detailing objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, logistics, technical specifications, and vendor management.
• Organize event intake, scheduling, and resource distribution in collaboration with event and business leaders.
• Ensure timely delivery of events, adhering to budget constraints, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify, source, and oversee vendors effectively.
• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to execute events and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage the transfer of attendee and engagement data to marketing and sales teams for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Suggest improvements in processes and operational efficiencies.
• Report directly to the Firmwide Event Leader in the Strategic Growth Office.
• Concentrate on excellence in event operations and production rather than messaging, promotional strategies, or audience targeting.
• Practical experience in corporate event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, timelines, and resources across various events.
• Experience in establishing event goals and measuring outcomes or return on investment (ROI).
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and prioritization.
• Capability to foster effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze trends and propose enhancements.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• At least 5 years of experience in event management, event operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
• Capacity to travel occasionally for event support, training, and team meetings.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area is preferred.
• Experience in professional services is preferred.
• Familiarity with event management, registration, attendee engagement, and related event technologies.
• Knowledge of industry trends, vendors, and best practices in event management.
• Experience collaborating with client service teams and upholding firm standards and processes.
• Must confirm identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
