Marketing & DevRel Manager – XR, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement a launch campaign aligned with a significant partner product release.

• Develop announcement posts, co-marketing materials with partners, and teaser content.

• Manage the cross-channel campaign calendar for X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and Discord.

• Create and schedule social media content using templates and key visuals.

• Provide briefs to designers regarding new asset requirements.

• Organize marketing initiatives for recurring public lecture events.

• Assist in the production, publication, and distribution of marketing videos.

• Monitor and report weekly campaign metrics, including signups, engagement, and channel growth.

• Establish, organize, and oversee the program Discord.

• Foster daily engagement throughout the intensive program phase.

• Handle participant communications from start to finish, including acceptance emails, weekly updates, and deadline notifications.

• Collaborate with community partners on prize tracks, participant recruitment, and coordination with judges.

• Collect community feedback and testimonials.

• Highlight exceptional builders for showcase content.

• Assist with logistics communication for the in-person finale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developer marketing, community management, or DevRel.

• Preferably experienced in XR, gaming, mobile, or AI tooling.

• Proficient in English writing at a native level.

• Practical expertise in Discord; experienced in building or scaling a developer community.

• Comfortable engaging with mobile and AI developers.

• Familiarity with SDKs, agents, and build pipelines.

• Capable of independently managing a multi-week campaign calendar across various time zones.

• Experience with partner co-marketing, including managing approvals, logo usage, and joint announcements.
