This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and improve responsive web designs, ideally utilizing WordPress and Elementor.
• Create engaging visuals for social media initiatives across various platforms.
• Design case studies, one-pagers, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Produce signage, banners, and printed materials for trade shows, events, and displays.
• Craft visually appealing slides for both internal and client-facing presentations.
• Edit and enhance photographs for marketing purposes.
• Perform video editing tasks, including captioning, audio adjustments, and basic motion graphics.
• Design product mockups, digital advertisements, and creative visuals for online and offline marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Exceptional graphic design abilities demonstrated through a diverse and impressive portfolio.
• Maintains precision and consistency across all creative outputs.
• Effectively manages multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
• Clearly communicates ideas in both written and verbal English.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in production, marketing, or graphic design positions.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA), Monday through Friday (USA).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, Notion, and Riverside.
• Required experience in responsive web design using WordPress.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing design principles.
• Experience in photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Animation skills or advanced experience with Figma is a plus.
• Experience with Elementor is preferred.
