Marketing Data Science Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the strategy and roadmap for Marketing Data Science, focusing on the most impactful opportunities in collaboration with key partners.

• Set objectives and measurement strategies for attribution, ROI, and campaign performance.

• Provide insights that enhance marketing investments and outcomes.

• Lead and nurture essential team capabilities in performance marketing, brand marketing, user insights, reporting, and infrastructure.

• Optimize budgets, evaluate causal lift, and test conversion signals.

• Plan and evaluate brand marketing measurement and the long-term impact on the lower funnel.

• Create retention and LTV models as well as audience segmentation.

• Develop self-service dashboards, executive and ad hoc reports, scalable data models, and internal tools.

• Offer a forward-thinking perspective on advertising, media innovation, and marketing analytics methodologies.

• Collaborate with Data Science leaders to assess and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing data science, preferably within a media agency or an in-house marketing team.

• Expertise in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and various advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with MMM, causal lift/synthetic control, saturation modeling, optimization, and Bayesian methods.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing talent.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.

• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.

• Capability to tailor data-driven insights and recommendations for diverse audiences.
